This class will begin with evaluating the producers productivity.  We will focus on structuring different farm loans and cash flow/budgeting of the producer.  We will explore Farmer Mac and FSA loans, market sensitivity, the burn rate on capital, and have case studies.  There will also be an economic update for the ag economy.
